  32. Just some additional comment: In case they decide to assign anything
  33. meaningful (which we will tell them not to do, but they still might do),
  34. please note that for many classic texts (as well as for many other
  35. things such as place names, countries, names of persons) there
  36. are established conventions that differ from language to language.
  37. This means that it could be very difficult for a Chinese to identify
  38. a hint to some text in an ASCII URN, although he/she might know
  39. the name of the text, and the text itself, very well.
